Hilary has been in the hotel trade for longer than she’s willing to admit and is a long-time consultant and workshop leader for the B&B industry, specializing in business planning for small lodging properties. A former innkeeper of a 7-room inn in Maine, she has been actively engaged in the valuation of commercial real estate since 2010, performing appraisals and appraisal reviews of hotels, B&Bs and inns in more than 25 states. She is Vice President of the Savannah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation as well as being a Certified Hospitality Industry Analyst.
